Warehouse Manager

This position is based in Uppsala, where Thermo Fisher develop, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. With 1,900 employees worldwide, and 1,000 in Sweden, we are the global leader in in-vitro allergy testing and the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.


We're looking for a Manager for Distribution & Warehouse within Logistics, Supply Chain. The team consists of 8 permanent employees and a resource pool of 15 contractors. In total approx 15 people are working daily and they are divided into two shifts.


Manager responsibilities;
- Lead the team to ensure that deliveries are made on time and in full.
- Take ownership of improvement work related to the business
- Get involved in business critical projects


Qualifications;
- Logistics education of equal knowledge by experience
- Technical interest
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Clear communication skills
- Experience of working in a regulated business (QSR etc.)
- ERP system skills, preferable SAP
