Warehouse managers to a transport- and logistic company

On behalf of our client, a global transport- and logistics company we are looking for three Warehouse managers.

About the role
As a warehouse manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of each shift. The role will include management of one of three shifts, in order to ensure that goods are received and dispatched appropriately and KPI targets are met. You will have a leadership role and be responsible for motivating employees.

Target shift times are 06:00–14:00, 14:00 – 22:00 and 22:00 – 06:00.

About you
We are looking for a candidate with a logistics and coordinating background. Your background as a manager is well documented with good results. You should be able to motivate the employees and ensure that the company goals are met. You should have knowledge of the system Ongoing. Good English and Swedish skills, written and spoken, are a pre-requisite for the position.

Furthermore, we see that you are driven, goal-oriented and a structured leader.

Important for the role:
- You have good interpersonal communication skills suitable for an international environment
- Knowledge in the system Ongoing
- You can delegate but also be a team leader

We will attribute great importance to personal suitability.

The assignment as an Warehouse manager is a consultant assignment with start date soonest. Project period is 2-3 months. As a consultant, you have a position with Adecco Sweden.
