The company markets and sells Warner?s films, on Blu-ray, DVD and On Demand, and Games in all of the Nordic countries.

Today, the Swedish Office in Stockholm is looking for an Junior Financial Analyst to its Nordic Finance department.

Job description
As Junior Financial Analyst in the Nordic Finance Department you will participate in the preparation of budgets/forecasts, analyzing actual data and compile financial reports for our four countries ? Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. You will be a member of our Nordic FP&A team of four persons including the FP&A manager that you will report to. You need to be fluent in English as the work includes a lot of contact with US.

This is a temporary position of 1 year with the possibility of longer employment.

Your key responsibilities
Actively participate in analyzing actual data vs plan and in the preparation of budgets and forecasts ensuring quality data for all our business segments.
Assist in building plan costs and liaise with stakeholders within the organization in order to build realistic cost scenarios.
Evaluating, monitoring and reporting on key provisions in the closing and monitoring and reconcile data between the different system applications (SAP, Essbase).
Monitor the sales development (reported weekly) and brief the Nordic management on latest outlook.
Support and Ad hoc reporting to the organization.
Back up for our Financial Analysts.
Your profile:
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration
Preferred 2 years of working experience within controlling/accounting
Excellent MS office skills
Preferred experience of Hyperion Essbase and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to understand business processes rapidly
Fluent in Swedish and English
Good communication skills (internal/external)
Ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines
Team player ? ability to work within a matrix organization and the flexibility to cope with a changing environment
Possess a positive "can-do" attitude
