Service Manager with special responsibility in Guest Relations 

As one of four Service Managers at the Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel you will be part of the leadership team in the Front Office. In your role as Service Manager you report directly to the Rooms Division Manager.

As a Service Manager you are the leader of the Front Office on your shift where you coach your team to create Memorable Moments for our guests.

In addition each Service Manager has a special area of responsibility and expertise and at the moment we are looking for a Service Manager with special responsibility in Guest Relations

We are looking for a person who is passionate about people and service and who thrives on solving problems to always exceed our guests’ expectations!  At the same time you coach and develop your team to provide the same high level of service that you always strive to provide our guests with.

 

To succeed in this important role we believe that you have a proven experience in providing caring and excellent service where you always look at the individual guest’s need.  You have experience and you are comfortable in leading and growing a team. You are a clear communicator and you radiate positive Yes I Can energy and you have the stamina to be motivated by a challenge and remain calm and professional when under preassure.  You proactively look for opportunites to improve our service and you like to find new and unconventional solutions to make the guest happy!


In order to understand our business you should have experience from Front Office in a leading role. Since our guests come from all over the world you need to be fluent in English both speaking and in writing.
