Entry Point North AB is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training.The academy was established in 2005 and it educates more than 500 students and professionals for i.e.Avinor in Norway, LFV in Sweden, Naviair in Denmark and other customers.Entry Point North offers advanced training facilities at its premises at Malmö Airport, Sweden.At Entry Point North we work in an environment with a high tempo where each day is unique.To be successful in this position you will have to work according to our values, be brave, responsible, innovative and open-minded. Training Specialists The main tasks are to supervise, manage and deliver training according to plans, and to supervise and manage ab initio students of the various ATC courses.The position also involves preparing and improvning teaching material or to supervise preparations made by others.You also need to ascertain the training material is up to the required standard and make suggestions of improvements of the processes and activities.The position reports to Head of Training.Qualifications You have at least 3 years of operational experience as an Air Traffic Controller and if you have an academic degree within either the pedagogical or psychological field, it is considered as an advantage. You need to be at ease in teaching in English, and have good computer skills.As a person you are structured and like to organise and take responsibility for things that needs to be done.You like to work in a team but are also comfortable to work independently.
