We are looking for an Infrastructure Technician to Copenhagen

Do you have a university degree in the field of Computer science and previous experience of working within workplace infrastructure services? Do you have fluent communication skills in Danish and English?

StudentConsulting are currently looking for an Infrastructure Technician to our client company in Copenhagen. As an Infrastructure Technician at our client company, your responsibility is to support the stable operation of the outsourced server and networks of the company. This includes planning, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing network hardware, software, and communication links while ensuring minimal network downtime. It also includes local servers on MS OS level and Active Directory (AD). You will also diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software network problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and with the help of the company’s outsourcing partners provide support where required.

This is a consultant assignment where you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work at our client company in Copenhagen. The assignment will start ASAP and continue for at least 6 months, with possible extension.

Din profil
To be a successful candidate for this position, we believe that you have a university degree or equal in the field of Computer science and/or 6 years equivalent work experience, Cisco Certifications (CCNA or higher), and Microsoft MCSA/MCSE. You have experience, knowledge and interest in:
- Network, server and PC operating systems (Microsoft Server)
- Application support
- Current network hardware, protocols, and standards
- Network software component analyzers, scanners, and testers
- Hardware troubleshooting
Furthermore, we believe that you have general understanding of an organization’s goals and objectives, knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws, and basic knowledge of ISO 27001.
