Job description:
Your main task is to receive and take ownership for all support need coming through the companies support channels. Register, analyze, prioritize, solve and assign all in-coming cases. Monitoring all open support cases, escalate if necessary and keep the end user informed about the solving process. You are supposed to spread the user feedback to the rest of the IT organization and your colleagues.

Your profile:
• You can communicate and write in Finnish and English
• Knowledge of the business process in order to give users the right support
• Knowledge in how to use communication as a tool in the contact with the users
• Knowledge of the structure of the technical product relevant for the specific position

Swedish is not a requirement if you can express yourself fluently in speech and writing in English. It is meritorious if you have previous experience in working with IT-support. This is a full-time bases position (8-17) who will start ASAP.
