Getinge Group is in an exciting and intensive period of change and we are now looking for two Managers Assembly Line to the Maquet Critical Care production site in Solna. You will be a key player within the local Supply Chain Management team. These positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and optimization of our Supply Chain, to inspire and develop your team and to interface with a variety of stakeholders. It is an excellent chance for two dedicated and people-oriented leaders to take part in improving world class med-tech products in a global and fast-paced manufacturing organization with high ambitions!

The positions
The objective for these positions is to organize and lead the work for manufacturing and final test of products in order to fulfill delivery precision. You will actively be driving the improvement work in order to increase quality and reduce costs within the production lines as well as ensuring, through information and training, that your team has the right skills. We are looking for one Manager Assembly Line Module and one Manager Assembly Line Anesthesia. The Manager Assembly Line Module will be responsible for a group of 25 employees focusing on stock inventory manufacturing. The Manager Assembly Line Anesthesia will be responsible for a group of 15 employees focusing on customer-order manufacturing. You work together with and coach your team in order to find an efficient way of working.

The positions are located at our site in Solna and limited travel is required. You will be reporting to the Manager of Production Management.

The ideal candidate
As ideal for these positions you have the following key characteristics:
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience as a manger or similar roles with leading others
• Academic background within Engineering or similar
• Experience within Lean manufacturing is required
• Experience with working in a quality regulated industry
• Fluent Swedish skills, written and spoken, is required for the daily work as well as proficiency in English, which is our corporate language
