Read more at www.stenaline.com.Continuous development and improvement in e-commerce is a key focus for our business.  We are therefore seeking to recruit a Web Analyst to our global online team.

The role

By analysing data from web analytics, user testing, multivariate testing, click-maps, session recordings, etc, you will obtain relevant insights in order to optimise Stena Line’s web presence, drive online conversion and up-sell opportunities.

You will do this within our global online team and especially in tight co-operation with our online conversion & optimisation strategist. Main tasks:



• Be the lead point of contact and key support for web analytics for all markets within Stena Line.

• Perform ad hoc analysis as required; continuously investigate online marketing and e-commerce/website effectiveness across local markets.

• Assist and run multivariate tests and A/B tests

• Assist in segmenting and personalizing our web presence

• Develop a suite of KPI’s for each market.

• Define and schedule reports and dashboards

• Maintain, develop and manage Google Analytics reporting and other tools that the company may implement.

• Share insights and areas for improvements with local markets 

The successful candidate will have



• Extensive experience with web analytics in a transactional website environment. You are probably working as a web analyst today, either in a similar business position or as a consultant.

• Expert working knowledge of Google Analytics

• Strong analytical skills, ability to identify and understand patterns and to translate them.

• Strong communication skills

• A relevant university degree

• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language

• The successful candidate will be creative, positive and motivated with excellent organisation skills; will work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines.

Location and scope of position

The position is a permanent full-time employment. You will be based at Stena Line’s head office in Gothenburg, Sweden and report to the Online Sales Manager.
