WEB ANALYTICS LEAD
to the web-team at IKEA Hemma/ISFAB

The web channel is and will become an even more important part of the IKEA business model, both for preparing for the store visit, but also for our eCommerce growth. As Web Analytics lead you will contribute to grow IKEA by enabling stakeholders to make good business decisions based on web performance and behavioural insights. You will have an important role in building the web analytics area, defining goals and kpis, and for supporting all web stakeholders with direction and insights.
The Web Analytics lead is part of the Swedish web team at IKEA Hemma and reporting to Henrik Tunér, web manager. You will work very close to the eCommerce- and Customer Service departments, but also with the marketing department at Service Office.

Knowledge/experience:

- Excellent ability to drive development
- Very structured, and analytical
- Experience from retail, either online or from store
- Good presentation skills
- Experienced in change management
- A relevant university degree, and +3 years of experience
- Excellentknowledge in needed digital tools - primarily the Adobe Marketing Suit,including Site Catalyst and Discover.
- Have an interest in home furnishing
