This company has been finding and producing oil and gas around the world for over a century.Today, they have interests in exploration and production ventures in more than 39 countries and employ approximately 18,000 staff (not including contractors).This is a technically challenging work environment characterised by a continuing need for research, the pursuit of new technology, and the adoption of new ways of working.It demands people who will thrive in a culture that encourages and rewards innovation, collaboration and the ability to learn from success as well as failure.Your working tasks will be: -To act as an interface between the Customer Service Organization and the Lubricants Supply Chain.-To act as a focal point or first contact in the resolution of customer queries and enquiries -To provide support to the logistics team and ensure that all key performance indicators are maintained at the optimal levels -To communicate with customers when required any changes to planned delivery dates and customer orders. The Supply Chain Liaison Officer will work as part of the local lubricants logistics team and will be co-located with the Customer Service Centre.This position will act as first point of contact for the Customer Service Representative in the resolution of any issues around urgent orders and order delivery status.This role is also responsible for resolving any customer issues related to credits, charges and returns.The Supply Chain Liaison Officer is also required to provide support to the packed and bulk schedulers (as required) to ensure all key performance indicators is maintained at a satisfactory level.We believe that you have prior experiences that are relevant for this job, maybe you have had a similar role in a former job.We also think that you are structured, organized and can handle a lot of different tasks.Your communication skills are flawless.You have a strong driving force when it comes to service and support.You are also accurate, liable, and flexible.You can communicate well both in swedish or norwegian and in english.Is this the job that you have been waiting for?Then we need your application as quickly as possible.The position will start in the middle of December and last till the middle of November.If you are in need of a place to stay in Oslo we can help with the arrangement of your living-situation.
