Lead planning Core Network Product Line
We are looking for a senior Technical Leader for planning telecom Core Network Product Lines.Responsibilities
• Collects/analyzes the Information of telecommunication consulting service, researching the development trend in the telecommunication industry and the knowledge mode of the consulting service , communicate with customer group for the customer’s consulting requirement, Support the strategy and service planning for the telecommunication consulting service;
• Construct/design the competence mode and the methodology of the consulting service, to improve the consulting service efficiency;
• Construct/design the service delivery platform which comprise the service process and IT system, to complete delivery in low cost;
• Ensure consulting service project can be finished on schedule.
Qualifications
• 20+ years experience for the consulting,5+ years for the telecommunication consulting service;
• 3+ years who was the lead/planning of the consulting department ever, was familiar with the consulting technology and knowledge system of the consulting service;
• Issue 3+ telecommunication analyse reports/chapters about telecommunication technology or solutions in the industry forum, and be recognized and be applied;
• Understanding the customer’s business and how to contribute to the customer’s success.
• Good skill in communication with customers.
Others
• Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work skills within an international team.
• Willing to travel.
