We require a Mahjong Specialist, to assist in the running of the online Mahjong operations team. Reporting directly to the COO the role will involve taking responsibility for many key areas of mahjong, across our client’s key brands.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

-Acting as second line support to the customer services team, to resolve escalated issues in a timely and considered manner.
-Act as the main source for all Mahjong rules.
-Responsibility for creating and setting up tournaments and mahjong tables.
- Daily monitoring and review of products and websites to ensure the best possible customer experience.
- Data collection and analysis of promotions and feature tournaments.

Key Candidate Requirements and Experience
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

-Know all major Mahjong rules very well including Riichi, Classic, Hong Kong, international.
- A keen interest and knowledge of Mahjong and other online gaming products.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Good IT skills including strong experience of key packages (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
- Ambitious , focused and hard working
- Ability to communicate well with people at all levels of the business
- Strong customer services skills.
- Previous experience in a similar online role preferred, but not essential, like poker manager, casino manager.
