Requirement Engineering Manager in Core Networks
We are looking for a senior telecom Requirement Engineering Manager for Core Networks.Responsibilities
• Requirement analysis from customer view
• Describe customer requirement in feature
• Prioritize requirements to find valuable customer requirement
• Teach team to use requirement prioritization method
Qualifications
• More than 10 years direct experience with a proven track record within a well-known international telecommunication equipment vendor.
• Good at Focal Point or other requirement prioritization method
• Understanding the customer’s business and how to describe the customer’s requirement
Others
• Minimum of bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics.
• Excellent cooperation skills with a wide variety of people, including but not limited to, engineering, marketing, R&D and standardization).
• Must welcome challenges.
• Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
