Software Engineer â?? Video Hosting Systems
JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Video Hosting System team within Axis R & D develops hosted video systems offering video surveillance as a service. We work primarily with Linux, developing web-based applications. The work requires involvement in every phase of development projects in an agile environment in close cooperation with our customers.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a passionate software engineer with a genuine interest in software development. You are an excellent team player and a creative person always striving to perform top results on time. Apart from the above you have the following qualifications:
¤ A Masters Degree in Computer Science or similar
¤ Good knowledge in software development in PHP and/or C
¤ Knowledge in Linux system administration is preferred
¤ Experience from working with development of large scale web-based applications is preferred
¤ Good knowledge in English
