Why we are looking for you:
Right now, Connectel is growing rapidly, and we want to keep developing our activities. Within ambition to grow we believe that it is not only important to focus on onboarding new partners in our network, but also to excel the existing relationships that we have. That is why we are not looking for a new Account Executive to help us improve our own new and current customer experience and to develop and grow our current customer accounts.

What you will do and why:
As Account Executive you will be mainly responsible for increasing our business with our new and existing relationships, within your assigned territory. It is your responsibility to grow our new and current accounts and increase our business volume with them. You will work on accounts and determine together with C-level stakeholders how they can improve their customer experience with our services. You will be the main responsible for taking an account from lead until fully paying customer.

This means you will be responsible for:

- Manage, facilitate, and advance the entire customer journey from lead until fully paying customer
- The relationships with our customer accounts while being their first point of contact
- Understanding the business of our customers and how Connectel can add value to their customer service experience
- Creating buy-in at the customers for the proposed solutions of Connectel
- Creating high-level customer strategies and roadmaps on how to increase the business volume in your territory per customer, including sales and revenue forecasts

Key Performance Indicators:

- Customer satisfaction rates

- Creation of customer strategies and roadmaps

- Completion of customer strategies and roadmaps according to the timeline

- Improving our overall business volume and revenue in your territory

As a professional, we would like you to have/be:

- A relevant academic degree e.g., Business and/or Engineering

- 2+ years of experience within a B2B enterprise sales role

- 2+ years of experience within the SaaS or CCAAS/customer contact centre industry
- Excellent negotiation skills with a strong commercial understanding

- Excellent deal management skills and the ability to deliver accurate forecasts
- The ability to establish and develop high credibility customer relationship
- The ability to map out the strategy and tactics for assigned territory
- The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English with C-level decision-makers in global enterprise organizations

As a person, we would like you to have/be:

- The ability to understand complex customer experience problems, and break those down into comprehensive strategies, including goals and ways to achieve them

- Customer-centred, with a focus on quality and a passion for solving the customer’s needs with our technology
- Strong diplomatic skills to negate conflict and improve relationships
- A built-in desire to increase our business
- Strong communicative skills to represent Connectel externally as well as conveying Partner related information and updates

Other important points:

The location of the position is in Stockholm, but we work flexibly remotely. We live as we preach and are a remote & global team. You can therefore live wherever you want and work from home. If you are based in Stockholm have the option to work on-site in our own office at United spaces Waterfront. The position is full time and we apply collective agreements.
