About the position
Perido is looking for an administrative assistant for our customer, a global company within the financial business. The position is located in Stockholm but during these times of Corona you are allowed to work at home. A security control will be held prior to start.
Your daily tasks
Your mission will be to function as a support to the legal team. A team which consists of around 20 people. You’ll be the only administrative assistant within the team but there are more in other team with who you talk and co-operate with if you feel the need. You can expect varied working days with a lot of administrative tasks within different kinds of projects. The following tasks is what you can expect:
Collect and prepare materials
Organize and structure materials
Travel expenses
Agreements and general updates
Document and register
Proofread and review content (advantage to previously work with lawyers)

Your qualifications
To be successful in this role you need great organizational and administrative skills. You’ve got a high level of responsibility, the ability to take initiative and a high level of service orientation. You can also work under pressure and are experienced in organizing and prioritizing work accordingly. Furthermore, we believe that you enjoy building relationships and communicate with team members and colleagues.

Requirements
Relevant post-secondary education
At least 3 years of similar roles is strongly desired
Previous experience from a law firm or similar
Computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English (Swedish is not required)

Contract type and hours
Fulltime. Start 2020-10-07 until 2021-03-15.
