This is a data-rich area which will have an immediate impact on business performance. Our current focus is in pricing: we have started with this use case and are building out the team to support this transformation. Your first project will be in this domain.

As an AI Analyst you will support further development of our AI solutions and implement new data analysis methodologies.

Your responsibilities will be;

Analyze business processes and requirements
Collaborate with a wide array of business groups and functions to help drive insights creation and develop use case hypotheses
Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations
Creating visualizations for management of business processes



We’re looking for people who:

Have an interest in big data analytics and machine learning
Have strong analytical skills
Have excellent skills in communication and presentation in order to share recommendations with colleagues and management
Shows strong leadership abilities
Are creative problem-solvers and critical thinkers
Are good team players in an agile team



You have:

A minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis and/or retail analysis
Relevant Master’s degree
Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
Experience with business process management techniques
Experience with financial modeling
Fluent in English, spoken and written (other Nordic languages are also desired)



The role will be based in our headquarters in Insjön, Dalarna.
