Talent Venture Group is the top HR and Talent Tech investment firm and venture builder in the Nordics, with over a dozen portfolio companies, ranging from tailored tech solutions, recruitment software development, product development, to elite talent network creation.
All in all, we're around 100 people contributing to making it easier for people to find their dream employers, and for employers to find talent that thrives at their jobs.
Our goal is to create a global portfolio of successful HR and Talent Tech companies worldwide within the next 10 years. The portfolio today consists of multiple companies within the HR & Talent tech industry including Talent Inc, Jobtip, Studentkortet, Nova, Wintrgarden, UBI Global, Future Talent Council, Great People, and Agentum to name just a few.
What will you be doing?
You will report to the Group CEO and Founder as well as work with our entrepreneurs and portfolio companies.
Main responsibilities:
Support in setting up an in-house HR and Talent Tech market research and intelligence unit
Support in developing an in-house investment deal flow process and structure
Map all startups in the HR and Talent Tech space in the Nordics, UK, and Germany, and other markets.
Map all investors in HR and Talent Tech
Support in financial modeling and other investment-related activities
Support in various venture development activities

Desired profile:
Education: minimum master’s degree from a top university. You should have an outstanding academic track record.
Fluent in English (fluency in Swedish is not required)
Experience from a top tier consulting firm or investment bank is a plus
Mature and capable of working independently with limited guidance and supervision
Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills
Strong teamwork capabilities
Entrepreneurial spirit; does not fear uncertainty and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Curious, humble. solution-oriented and a strong drive to learn and contribute
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Salary: Competitive and open for negotiation
