What do we offer
Exciting role as Lead engineer/Architect of customer focused software for Brakes incl overall responsibility for in house and suppler developed functionality, system design and verification.

ART Deceleration are responsible for Hardware and Software and our work stretches from early phases to industrialization and launching new cars on the market. Our main role is to develop functionalities that are closely connected to customers and the way they are experiencing the vehicle. We make impact on the customer’s experience of a premium car!

We are now looking for a Software Lead/Software Architect to strengthen our team in this unique opportunity!

What you’ll do
In this position you will function as a SW lead engineer/ SW architect. This means that you will get to lead the development of redundant solutions for autonomous driving, as well as be responsible for ensuring quality deliveries on time. You will lead collaboration with other teams and be the main point of contact with our suppliers. You will work with safety related systems and be the connecting point for the functions and in car testing of them.

You will be working in a cross functional team with agile processes and tools. Lead collaboration with other teams and with suppliers. The team is responsible of the implementation and quality assurance of software for brakes. Team task includes planning and organizing project incl. deliverables for releases, leading suppliers and supplier selection together with procurement, analyzing and solving problems, design requirements and system solution and write requirements and issue and change management. 

Do you fit the profile?
We believe that you have a MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics or equivalent. You have competence and learning ability when it comes to working with analysis tools including CANoe/CANalyzer. You need to have a driver’s license (B), and you are of course fluent in English, both verbal and written.

If you have experience in AUTOSAR + electronics/network communication principles, knowledge in ISO 26262 or experience from relevant suppliers, or/and leadership/project management skills and experience, we consider it meritorious.

As a person you are positive with a high motivation level and a never-give-up attitude. You have a strong sense of urgency and flexibility with prioritizations. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in hands-on engineering projects.
