Assistant Pastor

The Redeemed Christian Church of God is a nonprofit organization, it is an international church with branches in several countries of the world; our presence is registered in sixteen different cities of Sweden and all the Nordic countries. We provide a conducive atmosphere for worship where spiritual and physical needs are met, guidance and counseling, community and charity services.

Your Responsibilities is to assist the head pastor in the following areas:
* Teaching and preaching of the bible (the gospel of Jesus Christ)
* Guidance and counseling, praying for and on behalf of people
* Overseeing the church affairs, the different departments and board of trustee
* Perform child naming and dedication, baptism, marriage ceremony, burial and other functions
* Conduct community services and outreaches


Who we are looking for
* Someone who is genuinely born again, baptized in water and the Holy Spirit, and ready to serve God and His people
* Someone who is caring and good with people
* Someone with integrity and has enough patient who is ready to answer call even at odd hours
* Someone who has charisma and who is prudent
* Someone who is able to read, write and speak english fluently

Qualifications
* Must have at least a bachelor degree
* Must have graduated from The Redeemed Christian Church of God's school of disciples
* Must have graduated from The Redeemed Christian Church of God's bible college
* Must have at least 2-4 years of experience as an assistant pastor in The Redeemed Christian Church of God
* Must be able to work independently without supervision.
