The Challenge:
Vendavo is transforming how B2B companies go to market through our Commercial Excellence platform, and we need an elite team of industry practitioners to guide our clients through their individual people, process, and technology journeys.
The Opportunity:
As a Consultant, you will belong to a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. Your duties and responsibilities will span technology design, stakeholder management, pricing strategy, delivery quality, process reengineering, and ad hoc analytics. You will build your own and the team’s technical and business acumen while driving substantial financial benefits to our clients’ bottom line.
Required Skills/Experience:
Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time to meet project deliverables
Strong stakeholder management, including with senior leaders
Customer focused with a strong desire to collaborate with others
Proactive problem solver able to drive results in the face of ambiguity/pressure
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail
Has a positive outlook, is easily approachable, and is a pleasure to be around
Innately curious and driven to develop personally and professionally
Bachelors Degree with ability to travel up to 40% when necessary

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Prior experience as a technical or implementation consultant
Prior experience as a pricing practitioner (B2C or B2B)
Industry experience with commercial systems (ERP, CRM, CLM, CPQ, etc)
Experience with agile software implementation methodologies, requirements management and functional design documentation

Competitive base salary + bonus
