At Manufacturing Engineering BIW, you will be a key contributor to the next generation outstanding luxury cars from Volvo. Together with other engineers around the world, you and your team will create innovative manufacturing processes that makes the manufacturing of car bodies more efficient. We are looking for an Automation Engineer, to define and set up an efficient process, assuring high quality and lean process design.

What will you do?
As a member of this new team, your task will be flexible and exciting. Your team will be responsible for the development of a process for automated process lines. You’ll ensure competence, working methods and methods within the field of automation. You will work with the process design team from the beginning of the design, as well as in close cooperation with all our global plants.

The truly creative part of the new position is to setup a foundation for the future development of the new platform. You will have opportunity to improve the techniques and processes. You will be part of a strong team with great possibilities to influence your daily work.
