Automotive Engineer- Aftermarket Project Manager

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

As Project Manager you have:

Full Responsibility for the project, financial and operational performance, customer satisfaction

Operational responsibility for all the project team

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical and financial project tracking (production, productivity, workload, backlog, capacity)

- Leading and mentoring of the project teams

- Ensuring the project execution in compliance with deadlines, contractual agreements, quality standards and financial objectives

- Creation, coordination and monitoring of recovery plans

- Focal point for customers and subcontractors

- Project planning and preparation of technical proposals in cooperation with the superior

- Personnel planning and hiring in accordance with the superior

- Training and integration of new employees in cooperation with the project leaders

- Monitoring the production of the international in alignment with the project leaders

- Ensuring customer satisfaction

- Provision the necessary information for invoicing

- Budget planning for the project in cooperation with the superior

- Definition and analysis of the financial data of the project in cooperation with the superior

- Assessment of KPI data and communication of the data to the quality manager and production teams

- Continuous improvement of processes within his perimeter

 

 


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR  
• Specialist knowledge (Project management, leadership, business administration, quality management)
• Technical knowledge related to the project technology
• Knowledge of customer culture, processes, and requirements

 

LANGUAGES
English: proficient user (B2/C1) - Communication with people in USA, Brazil, India, France, Sweden
