Jefferson Wells is currently looking for a Campaign Manager for our client in the manufacturing industry. This role can be flexibly located in Sandviken, Gimo, Gävle or Stockholm. About the job as Campaign Manager

As Campaign Manager you will be the owner and accountable for entire campaign duration and results of the entire activity. Furthermore, you will recognize the needs and hire for campaign competency. You will act as a project manager and set the cross functional campaign team to work on the campaign plan lead and guide constantly and consistently, managing and directing the campaign team mechanics and cross functional. Common tasks in this role can be ensure that the team works within a budget and report any overspend to steering group, set up and the campaign measurements and KPI's secured within the team and deliver regular reports of analysed campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs to steering group. Moreover, you will lead the campaign team in devising B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaign plan with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.



This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will be employed by us at Jefferson Wells but work on a consulting assignment with our client who is a global and exciting industrial and manufacturing company.



About you

We are looking for you that has a solid marketing background. Furthermore, this position is suitable for you who find it exciting to work with marketing and have previous experience of working as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role. To thrive in the role, we see that you can coordinate and structure campaigns in a structured and responsible way. As a person, you are determined, analytical and can take your own initiatives.

Otherwise, we are looking for you who

* Has a few years' experience of a similar role or equivalent work experience.
* Good knowledge in marketing
* are fluent in English, both verbal and written. Swedish would be an advantage but not a must
