Job Description & Role Responsibilities: As the new Back Office in our Swedish Branch you will be responsible for giving support to our Nordic team as well as our clients in the region regarding our Online Booking Tool. You will in many cases be the first contact with our clients in the region and your personality and positive attitude are very important.Transhotel is one of the leading service providers to travel agencies in the world with close to 1 000 employees worldwide, with 3 persons based in Sweden.Being a part of a young, enthusiastic, dynamic and constantly changing organization with worldwide presence your role responsibilities will include: * Verbal and written communication with clients from the nordic region as well as head office in Spain.* Preparing invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, sales statistics and other related office documents.* General office duties such as maintaining records management systems, emailing, etc. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated team player, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient with computers, customer focused and capable of building long lasting relationships with our clients.All applicants should have a perfect command of the Swedish and English languages as well as a good knowledge of the Scandinavian languages (Danish and Norwegian) Knowledge of the Spanish language is an advantage as well as experience from the tourism industry.
