Backend developer with a focus on infrastructure operations

What you will do:
• Respond to monitoring alerts in our cloud infrastructure, resolve incidents to ensure
system uptime, and expected service levels. Be on the circulating first responder call
list for incidents outside of regular office hours.


• Fulfill internal stakeholder requests for defined services related to our software and
partner integrations.


• Provide cloud operations support during local regular business hours.


• Continuously enhance our system observability and metrics to optimize effectiveness
and identify areas for improvement with a focus on robustness, security and
minimizing cost.


• Help create and maintain processes for access control, auditing and intrusion
detection and prevention.


• Create procedures for plans for backup and recovery.


• You will balance the responsibilities above with developing our software as part of the
Design and Engineering team focusing on back-end development or whatever is
required to support the strategic priorities of the company.
