BDM - Company Sales & Enterprise Intelligent Automation

We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our unit CBO – Intelligent Automation. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Regular travel across Nordics, BeNeLux and Baltic region can be expected.


ABOUT THE ROLE
You will drive sales of IA Offerings in EU geographies by being present locally, work closely with partners to drive GTM to promote TCS’s Intelligent Automation services. Also, you will act as a MFDM™ champion in the geography. Your role is to be a SPOC for all Intelligent Automation requirements across IT Operations (Infra, Applications), Application Services and Process automation.
Key responsibilities:
· Drive sales for IA offerings as SPOC by working closely with the Geo Sales and Business Development teams
· Provide Delivery Support in all ongoing IA engagements
· Drive closer collaboration with Customers and Partners
· Support Marketing initiatives / campaigns from EIA offerings perspective


Key performance measures are:
· IA Sales target
· Maintain healthy GM (%)
· Customer Satisfaction


PROFILE
· Thorough knowledge on IT Operations, Application Services and Process automation.
· Ability to position MFDM™ and drive IA offerings around the framework
· Ability to articulate solution based upon the requirements provided
· Ability to create and amend artifacts like case studies, customer testimonials, IA handbook etc.
· Drive / participate discussions with Analysts by providing thought leadership on Process automation
· Client facing with negotiating skills
· Very good interpersonal skills
· Problem solving with strong analytical abilities
· Timely decision making and ability to deal with ambiguities


You have 20+ years of IT experience spanning across process automation, enterprise architecture, product development, packaged implementation, project management and services delivery.
