Business Analysis Specialist

We currently have a vacancy for a team member in our Business Coordination West in Stockholm. The role is to drive digitalization on voyage closing & performance analysis and to support trade teams in data driven decision making. The position will report to Head of Business Coordination West.
Accountabilities:
• Consolidate Business Operations West trade performance.
• Develop/generate automated voyage closing system and analytic reports in Power BI.
• To design Operational Report (frequency, transit time, dwell time etc.) in BI for key customers and periodically distribute to all stakeholders.
• Alignment with Business Coordination East in performance result reporting.
• Produce ‘KPI Management Reports’.
• Coordinate/manage yearly business plans.
• Audit Tonnage utilization and initiate improvements
• Perform forecasting tasks (i.e. 18M RF and budget) and produce deviation analysis.
Knowledge and skills:
• More than 3-year-experience in Shipping Services.
• Excellent IT skills to initiate digitalization.
• Comprehensive understanding on operating system for Group companies.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to grasp big data.
• Deep knowledge on shipping services network & business model of each trade.
• Result oriented and proactive attitude in identifying improvement area.
• Excellent communication/language skills.
• Able to work across countries and cultures.
• Team oriented.
