Job description

Coaching and training of stakeholders in different parts of the organisation such as; PM's, Portfolio Managers, Business owners etc.

Drive change management in the PPM area

Elicit, analyse, challenge and document business needs.

Identify the business consequences and risks for solution alternatives for process, organisation, tools and information.

Assure quality and traceability of stakeholder needs and business requirements, and support the evaluation of solution alternatives.

Communicate, clarify and safeguard evolving business needs

Review test plans and test cases to ensure compliance to the requirements, support the planning and execution of testing activities

Securing and handing over requirement related artifacts to development and line organisation

Qualifications

Knowledge...

Extensive knowledge and experience in business analysis and modelling, and the requirements management process.

Basic knowledge of configuration management and validation, including test methods and tools.

Ability to address challenges creatively and pragmatically. Working with the big picture and in small details.

Excellent listening skills, and able to communicate complex scenarios in a structured and comprehensive way.

Ability to lead with a business mind-set, challenge stakeholders and determine what is relevant.

Ability to plan and facilitate workshops and activities.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
