Business Developer to our digital transformation

In the next few years, we see exciting digital transformational projects, driven by new business models and Industry 4.0, as well as a new ERP implementation. For this change - how we conduct business - we need a new awesome Business Developer.
 

We are… 

…a group of 14 persons organized in 3 teams - solution architects, software developers, and service responsible for 3rd party application management. We are a diverse group, with fantastic team culture and flexible work environment.  

You will work with us in a fun international environment with multiple contacts, both internally within the IT organization that has a global spread, and externally with key stakeholders in Production and Logistics.  
 

You will… 

… work with our team of Solution Architects and interface with multiple stakeholders to outline and evaluate scenarios and business cases for change and recommend options and solutions to our internal business partners. You will help us improve our ways of working by developing new processes, methods, etc. to strengthen the cross-functional collaboration. 

The architectural deliveries require feedback loops with the rest of the organization and you will support the architects in bridging the communication with various stakeholders.  

You will drive our internal cross-functional network, which is a forum to drive various topics such as Data-Driven, architecture, Industry 4.0, etc. and here you will play a key role in setting the culture for Scania´s strategy “Driving the Shift”. 
 

You have… 


• about 2 years experience in a similar position working with business development in IT 
• change management experience 
• leadership experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager etc.  
• great presentation skills to articulate and visualize thought patterns and ideas 
• some knowledge about solution architecture.
