What you’ll do
We are looking for someone to act as a Business Developer in our Wheels and Tire team , in Volvo Cars Service Business - Commercial.  You will develop and drive defined offer initiatives, ensuring value added and competitive offers supporting excellent service business loyalty and growth. 
The role will be the voice towards and from the regions and markets to understand the competitive situation, to identify the need of further development and enhancement of the offer, and to actively together with the regions and markets, drive the penetration of our current offer. 
In the future business environment, we move towards a service and subscription economy supported by digital development. This transformation sets new requirements on how we do business and interact with our customers and also puts pressure on the competition, therefore we need to co-develop and find new ways of doing business, i.e. Online sales. 

You and your skills
In this role personality and drive is the key to success rather than number of years of experience.
You have a leadership and a positive mind-set, a strong passion for transformative work throughout the full supply- and value-chain. You enjoy solving complex problems and collaborating with others to reach results. You are a strong relationship builder with the ability to work with senior stakeholders. You have a good ability to plan, manage and execute work within complex topics and projects. We believe you have integrity and always keep the customers top of mind.
You have international commercial experience and preferably earlier experience from Marketing and/or Online Sales Business. You are fluent in English (written and verbal) and the experience and ability to present complicated findings in a clear and concise manner.
With the ability to think and act outside the norm, you have also a strong business acumen, strategic and entrepreneurial mind-set and being able to think outside the box and being a self-starter will be important qualities to inhabit. You have a sincere believe in the power of creating a “bring out the best” culture and take pride in success achieved by cross-functional teamwork. 
The position is based in Gothenburg with global responsibility.
