We would like to hire a BDM for Digital Enterprise group of TCS. In the role you will be based out of our TCS Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm, and report into the Head of Business Development - Mobility. Travel within Sweden and/or abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrate Digital Enterprise products and services to TCS existing customers
Identify new leads for the products and services offered
Convert the leads into potential opportunities for revenue generation
Map Digital Enterprise products and services with customer?s business areas
Respond to RFPs and review and formalize proposals and contracts
Building customer specific knowledge
Work on the entire sales cycle and with the delivery team to ensure the implementation of the requested services
Work with TCS internal groups to create and tailor new offerings based on current market needs and cost benefit analysis
Assess trends and market conditions and create new offerings to the customer based on evolving needs
Increase the customer base for the Digital Enterprise products and services
Responsible to achieve Profit & Loss customer satisfaction
Work closely with the delivery team to support the execution of the projects
Develop and manage TCS? relationship with the Customers at all levels
Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals and for Nordics growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets
Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response
Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required
Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordics customers
Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve the Nordic market in an effectively and efficiently.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: MBA in general management/marketing and experience in delivery, sales and pre-sales. 7+ Years of experience working in IT industry. Experience of working in multicultural environment and with different industry and handling relationship at CXO levels
Very good knowledge & understanding of offerings, processes and operations in an offshore centric environment and of the mobility, big data, analytics, cloud and social trends and technologies and experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model. Fluency in English is required.
