We are now looking for a Business Relationship Manager for CMI Cluster Sales. You will have country account ownership and be responsible for customer stakeholder management and account growth. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Travel within the Nordics can be expected on a regular basis.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• TCS wallet share / Account growth (individually assigned goals achieved with team)
• Responsible for achieving targets and managing end-to-end sales for country account
• Responsible for pro-active sales and create incremental services revenue
• Responsible for building a strong pipeline of prospects and building healthy relationships with some of the key strategic customers
• Account coverage, & account mapping
• Define offerings and map them to relevant key customers developing a product fulfillment plan
• Generation of awareness on TCS offerings / technologies to customer
• Creation of joint collaterals & success stories
• Responsible for forecasting/projecting Quarterly and Full year Revenues
• Develop positive relationships built on trust to meet customer expectations
• Address and manage Stakeholder expectations
• Account Management and team lead
PROFILE
You are expected to have at least 17 years of relevant experience. Your skillset includes account management, stakeholder management, risk management, sales, and pre-sales. Also, you are an effective team manager.
