As a Business Support to the Head of SVA, you will be an integral part of the SVA management team and as such an enabler and catalyst for an efficient set up. You will be working closely with the leadership team, pre-empting requirements and constantly being one step ahead of the game with integrity and professionalism.

The SVA Management team is highly collaborative and team oriented so if you like that, you will fit right in. You have an opportunity to make a difference and positively drive change.


What you’ll do
You will have a responsibility for identifying and eliminating impediments and facilitating flow in daily work as well as analysing, planning and prioritization of the calendar of the Head of SVA.
You will also act as an interface between internal and external business relations through handling of various queries and information, preparation of meetings and events, travel management, manage the digital governance structure for UMM (Unit Management Meeting) / UOM (Unit Operational Meeting) and other administrative tasks.

You will also lead our work with our backlog, helping us to follow our strategic as well short-term agenda. Being a part of continuous improvement, it will require good administrative skills in tools as Power-BI, SharePoint, VIRA, MIRO etc.  We see that there must an interest and drive to always be in the forefront when it comes to administrative tools and way of working.

You are actively taking part of our management team meetings, contributing with different tasks, from agenda and material to taking actions and notes.

We are looking for a bright and eager professional who is seeking for a new opportunity. 
To be successful in this role, you need to bring Business administrative assistant experience combined with a good technical understanding and interest. We believe you have a technical degree/or technical interest or relevant work experience - preferably from within the R&D organization.
We like to think that you are good at picking up the challenges we are facing in this ever rapidly changing business landscape. This is a high paced work environment which gives you additional drive and stimulate your sense of urgency.

Since you will be in contact with many people and depend on information from them, it is important that you are relation oriented with a natural ability for networking. You are of course fluent in English with great communication skills in general.

As a person, you need to be structured, prioritizing among all tasks and not be afraid to solve practical things to ease the progress on strategical topics. It is important to be flexible, solution oriented, delivery focused, combined with a high sense of urgency. You enjoy the interactions with people and are eager to learn and explore. We would like for you to be someone with high integrity, professionalism as well as the importance of having fun at work.
