Call Dispatch

Malvern Panalytical Nordic AB is looking for a Call Dispatch secretary.

The position is based in our office in Kista, Stockholm and is aimed at supporting the Customer Support team in the Nordic with Call Dispatch, coordination and administrator tasks. As a Call Dispatch you will be involved in various activities of the customer support team, coordinating the activities of Customer Support Engineers, evaluating and preparing job reports for invoicing, placing and monitoring spare part orders and invoicing/renewing service contracts and customer orders.

Our customers are located at leading industry and research facilities across the Nordic region. You will have the exciting task to receive and direct customer request to the appropriate channels as well as dispatch team members to the relevant customer sites, while keeping our customers always in your focus.


• We are looking for you, an organised person and a multitasker, you enjoy keeping eyes on many balls simultaneously.
• Good communication skills (swedish and english) and an always friendly, positiv attitude are strong requirements for this position.
• Most of the daily activities are performed through our CRM cliend and good PC user skills are needed. Previous experience with a CRM client (SAP, Salesforce etc.) is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You have preferably at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
