The role as our next Chief Credit Officer (CCO) is a unique opportunity for you with a solid consumer credit background and an interest in building a market leading credit department! You will lead a team of around 20 extremely talented and dedicated analysts and data scientists in a successful context with great potential and lots of exiting movement in the market. The role is an opportunity for you with a solid consumer credit background and an interest in entrepreneurship, to lead, build and develop the credit department in a successful context with great potential. We are looking for someone with extensive experience working with the Swedish/Nordic B2C-credit market, both from an operative as well as a strategic perspective, and who has good leadership experience. As a person you are driven, analytical and business-oriented. It is also vital that the person enjoys in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment where inherent change is almost tangible. The person reports to the CEO and is a member of the executive management team. The current incumbent leaves for opportunities outside of Qliro.

Your main responsibilities will be:


        Responsible for all operational and strategic topics related to the granting of credits and anti-financial crime
        Part of the core team (executive management team) in the company thus being instrumental in the development of Qliro in general and the credit business specifically
        Lead the credit decision science & analytics, debt collection partnerships, anti-financial crime (which includes fraud prevention, as well as anti-money laundering and counter financing of terrorism). All in all, a strong and analytical team of around 20 people with four direct reports
        Develop and implement credit strategies with the purpose to optimize credit losses and profit
        Responsible for the credit policy
        Analyse and optimize Qliro’s portfolios credit risk




We believe your background to be:


        Experience from a leading position in a company that is subject to regulation of financial authorities
        At least 10+ years experience from working in similar roles
        Solid background working with consumer credits
        Leadership experience
        Fluent in English and Swedish
        Academic degree
