Ensuring global commerciality of NA-KD working together with purchase and design as well as the online merchandisers with the aim to optimize the assortment and conversion ongoing.

Your Past & Skills
+8 years of knowledge in Fashion E-tail
+8 years of knowledge in Business Intelligence
Having at least one example of fashion ecomm exit with above unicorn valuation
+7 years of CEO direct reporting experience
Having at least one experience of scaling an organisation 20x in terms of headcount
Good understanding of world ecomm landscape, especially fashion part
