We would like to hire a Client Partner for our Nordic Retail Customer. In the role you will be based out of our TCS Nordic Headquarter in Stockholm, and report into the Head Retail-Nordics. Travel within Sweden and/or abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Client Partner is accountable for creating, expanding, retaining, elevating and managing the strategic relationship between the client and TCS. The CP has ultimate accountability for revenue, sales, delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsible for orchestrating the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive solutions and services to the determined strategic client
Defines & sets the strategic direction, functions as a thought leader and strategic business partner with the client and provides leadership to the TCS Client Partner Team(s) for their accounts
Responsible to achieve Profit& Loss and customer satisfaction
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same
Develop and manage TCS? relationship with the Customers at all levels
Qualifies client specific opportunities and develops pipeline jointly with the Business Units
Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response
Perform solution & pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required
Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor TCS?s existing solutions and/or create new solutions for the Nordic market
Helps to win new business, with high level relationships, sales and negotiation skills and client oriented communications
Structures and leads large bundled pan-retail deals
Manages, measures and accurately predicts financial outcomes
Drives Delivery Service Excellence
Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS?s global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services
Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve the Nordic market in an effectively and efficiently
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors/Master degree + min 10 years experience in working with Retail customers
Very good knowledge/understanding of offerings, processes and operation in an offshore centric environment
Experience of working with CXO/Sr Mgmt level client stakeholders and developing new offerings and solutions in addition experience from delivery management an Onsite/ Offshore model
Fluency in English is required.
