Communications Manager, Packaging Solutions

At Stora Enso’s Packaging Solutions division, we are looking for a Communications Manager to support our growth strategy and strengthen our culture with special focus on people and safety. The location of the position is either Helsinki or Stockholm and you will be reporting to SVP, Communications.

As a Communications Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing internal communications and news flow in the division with special focus on people and safety. Providing support in external communications including media releases is also an essential part of your job. Your tasks include coordinating divisional communications network and supporting customer communications. You will work in a small team of two people, but you will have a network of highly skilled communicators and marketing experts around you.
Your key responsibilities include:
· Creating internal news and other content
· Planning and implementing people and safety communications
· Producing customer letters, presentations and other support material
· Organising internal events
· Communications impact measurement
· Supporting in media relations and annual reporting

Qualifications
Are you the one? Your proficiency is based on a relevant university degree or equivalent experience. You have more than 5 years of work experience in communications or journalism and experience of project management. Strong writing and editing skills and a proven track record in content production will help you to succeed in the role. Ability to drive projects independently and deliver under pressure are features that describe you. We hope you are agile, curious and brave, and like to drive real change. You have strong interpersonal skills, and you communicate fluently in English. Fluency in Finnish or Swedish is seen as an asset.
