iKNOW-WHO is looking for a research assistant that will join our team and support innovation projects for our clients.
At iKNOW-WHO we deal with innovation challenges everyday. Using a unique method of collaborative competitions between universities, we help TOP world companies make breakthroughs in many different fields. As we work with university teams from all over the world, we need a person who will develop our Eastern European direction and will be able to work with universities in CIS countries.


Who we’re looking for
Master’s Degree
Fluent in English and Russian to handle highly professional University communication both in West and East
Significant experience in finding the most Relevant Universities to Solve specific Innovation Challenges
Ability to quickly switch to different topics and understand key ideas behind
Experience in writing reports and preparing presentations
Full versatility in digital communication and co-creation tools in particular Slack, LinkedIn and Mentimeter
Network within Eastern European universities
Proficient computer and analytical skills
Proactiveness
Passion for and Deep Understanding of Disruptive Innovation and Extreme Breakthroughs
Readiness to travel
Drivers License



What you will do:
Make research for different technical and scientific topics
Interpret data and use analysis skills and tools to come to meaningful conclusions and develop actionable insights
Write reports based on you findings and communicate findings to key team member
Find and involve university teams from Eastern Europe into research projects
Assist and organize work of university teams of 4-6 members
Help to organize meetings between clients and university teams
Sometimes drive to Clients and Universities around the Scandinavia Office in Malmö
