Contract manager/construction manager

Contract manager/construction manager - modular wood building

Cooperation with the Design Department and a Factory of Modular Houses in Bielsk Podlaski in terms of contract preparation for implementation.
Planning and management of module assembly in Sweden.
Supervision over the quality of work and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conducting ongoing negotiations with subcontractors.
Supervision over subordinate employees and subcontractors
Budget control of project schedule implementation.

Experience:
Several years of work experience in a similar position, indicated experience on the Scandinavian or other foreign labor market, experience in the field of wooden construction is welcome.

Entitlements
The ability to create schedules and budgets, negotiation skills.

Language knowledge
1. English, Good
2. Polish, Communicative
3. Swedish, Communicative

Other relevant requirements:
Availability and mobility in the field of work both at the Unihouse Branch in Bielsk Podlaski and on the construction site in Sweden.
