This is a position as a Customer Satisfaction Administrator to a multi international company in Kista, that works in electronics and media. This is a consultancy assignment for approx. 2 years (april 2023) with possible extension.
In your role as a Customer Satisfaction Administrator
The Customer Satisfaction Administrator is handling Operation processes, covering all areas of Warranty, Spares, Return and Tracking, as well as support and escalation issues between dealers/service centers and SSCE. You'll work with process development in tight cooperation with all liaisons to minimize numbers of claims, speed up processes and lower costs. You will also:
Handle complex warranty and return claims and possible investigations toward service centersSupport partners with reverse logistic of partsModify SAP Master data related to service partnersCreate and analyze data related to warranty and return processesManage consignment stock to service centers and distributorsSupport our dealers and service centers through various channelsMonitor the daily work for warranty admin located at outsourced partner
College (“gymnasium”) Electronics, technical as well as administrationAdvanced skills in ExcelPreferably knowledge with SAP or similar systemsService related backgroundQuick learner with the ability to handle a lot of processes at the same timePreferably has worked with similar tasksPrevious work within service (preferably in Home electronics)Fluent in EnglishFluent in Swedish is a big advantage
