Customer Success Manager, Stockholm

The world's largest music streaming company and Soundtrap for Education are now looking for someone to effectively handle the onboarding and implementation of the largest K-12 school district customers across EMEA, United States and Canada. This role focuses on technical integrations for syncing Soundtrap for Education to K12 rostering, SSO, and LMS solutions. You will function as a key member of the US sales team for large customers, playing the lead role in pre- and post-sale rostering, integration, and onboarding processes. This role requires someone with the knowledge, vision, and stamina to build new technical processes and support pathways for a growing customer base. You will work with cloud-based recording studio with the mission to enable music and podcast creation for everyone, no matter where in the world you are or what device you are using.

Ansvarsområden
In this role you work with K12 district leaders to integrate Soundtrap for Education into school Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, and SSO Portals. You serve as technical point of contact for K12 district customers after they have purchased or renewed their licenses. Furthermore you will:


 Translate technical communication across teams and sophisticated client organizations to steer clients through implementation and adoption of Soundtrap for Education
Advocate internally for product and process improvement to build out capacity to onboard large district customers
Develop new processes and support new pathways for a growing customer base
Act as interface between the Soundtrap RnD department and the sales team
Technical project management and execution for K12 onboarding projects 


Arbetstider
Full time in Stockholm. Working hours: Monday - Friday 08.00-17.00, flex and distance work available. The assignment length is 3 months.

Kvalifikationer
You should be an organized professional, clear communicator and have extensive experience in working in the US K-12 Education Technology area.

Erfarenhet
Previous experience in building new technical processes from the US, Canadian and/or EMEA market
