About the role
As a Customer Success Specialist at our global client Gunnebo, you will take great responsibility managing the customer experience by generating and driving leads through digital marketing efforts, supporting existing customers to grow their business and to create demand from the end-consumers. Your main area of responsibility will be to feed leads to the regional activation managers, and ensure and maintain the after sales service process.

Which will be your Responsibilities?
• Deliver on set marketing and sales plan per region
• Project manage digital and physical marketing/sales activities across European market
• Sales support for new market introductions
• Sales support for European sales team
• Ensure and maintain after sales service process

Key activities in the position
• Sourcing and qualifying databases for new markets and campaigns
• Migration of database into marketing automation tool
• Launch and drive digital campaigns in cooperation with regional sales
• Deliver reporting and analytics on customer segmentation
• Gather and present data on sales success rates etc
• Support on overall marketing and sales strategy per region
• Drive leads through the pipeline
• Coordinate and support physical marketing activities
• Liaise with external parties and agencies across sales and marketing activities
• Update and maintain reseller portal with relevant materials and information
• Drive keyword optimization
• Support activation manager ensuring the customer onboarding
• Coordination of sales driving activities to signed resellers/accounts, ie virtual trainings
• Go-to-person for resellers
• Ensure and maintain after sales service process to maximize daily customer service experience
• Deliver on communication process to make sure all b2b2c costumers are taken care of
• Ensure supply chain works on a daily base.

Key Competencies & skills
• You have a university degree or equivalent education.
• You are fluent in English both in speech and writing, preferably also a Scandinavian language
• You have excellent understanding of digital marketing and SoMe communication
• You have experience of the sales process, using marketing automation to generate leads and take them through a structured funnel.
• You have great computer literate
• Meritorious if you have experience of working with customer care
