Do you like working in an international environment? Do you like being involved in and handling a variety of topics? Would you like to deepen and share your knowledge within Customer Support?

As Customer Support Retention Specialist, you will work in a dynamic environment representing a strong brand. You will get great opportunities to further develop Customer Support retention strategy and both be involved and also delivering Customer Support retention initiatives. The function develops in close collaboration with the markets and the Customer Support functions the loyalty program Value Service. We place great demands but also offer much in return for the person with the right mindset.


Din Profil
You have a proven track record of well-developed skills within the area of Customer Support management and Customer Support business. You are constantly monitoring the development and changes within the automotive business. You have to be business oriented combined with having solid commercial understanding. You are self-driven and able to plan your own workdays. You have a flexible mindset with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks. To be successful you also need to be proactive, analytical, structured and solution oriented. You need to have good communication skills as well as the ability to take your knowledge to provide advice tailored to the audience in an effective and efficient manner. Naturally you are an energetic person who is willing to go the extra mile without losing quality.
Since you will work close with the Customer Support managers and the area managers in the different markets in addition to cross functional within the NE organization and towards the Customer Support teams in Munich, you need to be collaboration-oriented. You also have the willingness and flexibility to travel to the different markets.

You need to be fluent in written and verbal in both English and one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
