Poster Store is an e-commerce B2C company, selling beautiful posters and high quality frames online.
We are a young startup with 70 employees between 20-40 years. The company was founded in 2016 and started its journey in Stockholm, Sweden but is now already active in 28 countries. We are growing rapidly and every year has brought new big steps forward in our development. At this moment, we are extremely fast growing in the Danish and Norwegian market and search therefore another hero who will support our Danish and Norwegian team.
You probably have experience in customer care or equivalent and know how to handle customer inquiries. To fit in this role, you are a service-oriented, committed and driven person who makes things happen and provides outstanding customer service. We also believe that you have a mind for details while enjoying a high pace and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to:
Customer service Denmark&Norway:
Assist customers by email with their inquiries regarding products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipment.
Ensure all customer issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure best individual service to collect as many great Trustpilot reviews as possible and ensure the best score among all competitors.
Make sure all information goes to the right corporate interfaces.
Take care of product returns and make sure logistics are running smoothly.
Actively initiate improvements regarding processes and solutions.
Customer service International:
If needed in other markets: the same tasks as mentioned above, handled in English.
You don’t need to be an expert to start working at Poster Store, but after a while you will certainly be one. Most important thing is that you have the right attitude, ask questions, and strive to make the customer smile. To get you started, we provide you training on our products to help you become a support superhero, and you will also work closely with other Poster Store team members, all of whom also help in serving the customers.
Knowledge in customer service preferred.
You are able to manage your time efficiently by working very structured and organized.
You are familiar with the use of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
You are on a native level in Danish and/or Norwegian.
You are fluent in English.
Swedish is a plus but not a requirement.
You are a team player and ambitious.
You are flexible and open-minded.
You are a driven and motivated person that sees the bigger picture and more in the position than just a regular job.
You understand the structure and work life at a startup and like it.
You are able and like to think outside the box.

Extras that come with the role

Salary is set individually depending on previous work and educational experience.
Our office is located in Birger Jarlsgatan 41A, in the very central of Stockholm city.
