Sandvik is currently on a digitalization journey and as we strive to approve our after-sales service process, we're now looking for a structured and driven regional Data Coordinator for Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions. Your mission
This is a brand-new role where you have the chance to make your mark in a true international organization. After-sales is one of the main components of customer service and we aim to modernizing and streamlining ours with a fact-based approach. Being responsible for data maintenance in the sales area Northern Europe and the CIS countries, you're our go-to person for data-related questions and support. You team up with data producers to capture and utilize addressed systems to improve our customer experience. Together we ensure a smooth and uninterrupted sales process, including data for general business analysis and digital initiatives!

Other tasks and responsibilities of yours include:



Maintain the quality of data sources and securing the full spectrum of relevant data
Collect data to support various corporate projects
Execute updates of documentation in different systems
Administrating digital opportunities, for example contract management and customer onboarding
Analyze the details of the installed base data in the context of customer service processes



In addition, you ensure we maximize the operational efficiency for our current customers through proper customer onboarding and training of local support administrators. Together with the team you work according to the design of our lifecycle, including commitments – ensuring that we deliver our products correctly and that our customers are truly delighted!

You work from our site in Svedala, Sweden – and some travel might be needed, during normal circumstances.

About you
In this position, you collaborate with our internal IT department, our global network of customers, and other partners – hence your team spirit and communicative skills are fundamental. We're looking for someone with a relevant degree, preferably in engineering or economics, and regardless of whether you're new on the job market or have been working for some years in a similar role – you're curious and eager to develop within sales. Being structured and organized, you're genuinely stimulated by analyzing data and developing processes.

You're open to trying new things to find the most excellent solutions - comfortable knowing that sometimes it takes failure to succeed. You set strategies according to your ideas, influence your stakeholders to get on board, and guide them in the right direction. This job has an international scope with many global contacts, therefore you feel comfortable communicating in written and verbal English, while other European languages are beneficial. You're a natural problem-solver with high analytical skills and an approachable attitude. You're fascinated by the technological world, and you see this as a perfect opportunity to develop yourself and gain even more knowledge in this fast-changing digital world!
