Purpose of the position
Kalmar Mobile Solutionsis looking for a Digital Solutions Sales Manager. The purpose of the position is to develop and execute plans for sales of digital solutions through market area structure, third party distribution network as well as direct sales to global or key accounts. To initiate and drive understanding of customer values created or enabled by digital solutions. To initiate and drive the development of digital solutions and business models from concepts to market offering. To support local sales teams’ in execution of digital sales plans.

Main tasks and responsibilities
Direct order intake and sales by digital solutions
Indirect order intake and sales by digital solutions
Strategic and tactical sales planning – objectives, targets, KPI, activities
Manage sales process and relationships for global and key- accounts
Evaluate and develop MAs digital sales management performance and capabilities
Enabling digital sales capability building in third party channels
Support and participate in complex business negotiations with customers and distributors
Market intelligence – awareness of development of market demands and competitive environment
Manage cost control in area of responsibility
Annual planning – budget process for third party distribution channels
Ensure execution of company’s outline business strategy
Ensure business compliance to company policies.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
University degree in economics or engineering (or equivalent)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing sales and distribution networks
Understanding of the need and potential within markets
Industry knowledge and understanding
Service knowledge and understanding
Creative working process
Capabilities for cross functional work
English language skills
Good communication and social skills, ability to focus locally in a global environment.
Can do attitude.
