As a Divisional Senior Communications Specialist you will be a central part of the ETD Division and serve in the core of our communication strategies, be an active part in driving our division’s journey and changes through internal and external communication assets. The ETD Division is in the beginning of a great journey and the incumbent of this role will have an important role to fill. In this role you will be the natural point of contact for the ETD management team in communication questions.
You are an excellent communicator with superior writing skills that will support you in publishing relevant and inspiring content in our different channels. You have broad knowledge of internal and external communication and as a creative doer you are used to think outside of the box. You will be working closely with our divisional management team and you will be supporting functional managers within the division.
Job description
Your key responsibilities include developing and executing the internal and external (excluding marketing communications) communication strategy and plan, and be the owner of the overall internal and external (excluding marketing communication) communication. In this role, you will ensure that our division works successfully with different communications channels suitable for our employees and internal and other stakeholders such as future employees.
The external communications consist primarily of handling local media such as radio, tv and social media. In the role you are also a support to the Epiroc Group Communications team when needed.
In internal communications you will ensure the information flow within the organization, mainly via the intranet, emailing, in-person communication and other activities like events. Our intranet platform is SharePoint and you are expected to handle some issues of administrative nature to support users and control future development.
In this role you have a responsibility to coordinate the tasks handled by the incumbent of the part- time communications specialist role.
All communication activities and material produced should be in line with the Epiroc Group’s Brand Identity, safeguarding Epiroc’s Brand equity.
In this role, you will report to VP HR, Communications & SHEQ, ETD.
Educational requirements and experience
* Degree in business administration, marketing, media & communication or similar
* Strong business understanding and strategic skills.
* Excellent English and Swedish writing and communication skills.
* Good graphical skills and knowledge in Adobe CC
* Previous experience from a similar position is meritorious
* Experience of working with the SharePoint platform is beneficial to the role

As a person, you are business oriented, collaborative, analytical and enjoy change. A skilled professional communicator with a positive can-do attitude and experience from working both independently and in cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative and organized with excellent project management skills.
